After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@whitmore-lane.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
No, we do not provide return labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Customized or made-to-order products

No, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.
If you live in the United States, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
